Laura Platts

Laura Platts is a motivated and performance-focused organisational development practitioner with a broad experience and deep skill set. They began their career in sales, holding various leadership roles in banking and finance, before transitioning to organisational learning and development to enhance capability within financial services and beyond. They have held significant positions, including Executive Manager at NAB and Group Director at The iQ Group Global, and currently serve as Director of Organisational Development at Colonial First State. Laura's leadership has consistently impacted the design and implementation of learning initiatives across diverse organisations. They hold a Master's degree in Economics and Social Policy from the University of Bath.
