Mark McGowan

Mark McGowan, SPHR, is a purpose-driven human resources leader with a proven track record in developing strategies that enhance organizational performance in multi-billion-dollar companies. They have held significant roles at Lillian Vernon and CMA CGM, where they led HR teams and drove initiatives that improved employee engagement, reduced turnover, and achieved substantial cost savings. Currently, Mark serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Colonial Group, Inc., overseeing compensation, benefits, and employee well-being programs for over 2,500 employees. Mark is also pursuing degrees in Business and Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and in Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College.
