Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is an experienced professional in the fields of counseling and education, currently serving as a STEM Specialist and Department Chair for Professional School Counseling-Non-Public School Services at Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 since August 2013. Ryan's expertise includes facilitating College Board services, NCAA eligibility, and supporting students with disabilities. Previous roles include Mobile Therapist, Therapeutic Staff Support, and Mental Health Worker, providing therapeutic assistance and emotional support to children and adolescents. Additionally, Ryan has experience in telehealth counseling at Therapy Source, Inc., and has worked as a Functional Family Therapist and Parent Educator at Valley Youth House. An Assistant Director of Admissions at Gwynedd Mercy University, Ryan was responsible for student recruitment and enrollment.
