Ronald E. Peck

Ronald E. Peck currently serves as the EVP & CFO at Colonial Parking. Ronald has been with the company since July 2013, starting as the Chief Financial Officer before being promoted to EVP in March 2021.

Under Ronald's leadership, the company has made great strides in their "BI Stack", supporting processes, and end user tools. Ronald was responsible for the successful deployment of a $1M+ ERP System that has automated the G/L, A/P, financial statement, workflow, data warehousing, and self-service/corporate BI tools. Their dedication to best practices has effectively engaged and leveraged the expertise of outside consultants and business advisors in all facets of the process.

Ronald has also created and empowered a FP&A function/team that is focused on user adoption of the BI platform "SMART Tool," training and development of the workforce, data validation, compliance reporting, and the creation of insightful financial analysis. In addition, they are responsible for the development and oversight of the organization's Accounting, Revenue Integrity, Risk Management, FP&A, and Information Systems departments.

Ronald is committed toward the development and ongoing refinement of a corporate budget process that leads to unquestioned insight, transparency, and improved bottom-line results. Ronald is also focused on developing and expanding the use of focus groups in the areas of technology, budgeting, and financial reporting to transform the decision making process, improve bottom-line results, and develop a broader base of stakeholders and thought-leaders throughout the organization.

Ronald E. Peck earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from West Virginia University.
