Stéphane Mircich

Stéphane Mircich currently serves as Directeur général at COLONNA since December 2022. Prior to this role, Stéphane was Président at Red Arrow SAS from March 2020 to December 2022 and led the strategic repositioning of RéfleXe Groupe, focusing on digital solutions for administrative processes and identity verification, achieving significant partnerships projected at €50m in revenue. Stéphane has also held director-level positions in the family office Omnidev Group, overseeing BtoB services and leading a successful turnaround for ISOR, which included implementing digital transformations and restructuring that led to growth after a decade of decline. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Gimv and Deloitte finance, as well as serving as an officer in the Marine Nationale, demonstrating a strong background in management, strategy, and operational leadership across multiple sectors. Educational background includes a Master in engineering from École Navale and specialized training in military science and leadership.
