Mark Hedstrom

Mark Hedstrom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the finance and investment sectors. As the Founder of Castle Creek Associates since January 2021, Mark has been instrumental in shaping the firm's vision and strategy. Concurrently, Mark serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Colony Capital, Inc., a role held since September 1993, where Mark also holds the title of Principal and Chief Operating Officer. Mark's career began at Ernst & Young from 1980 to 1985 as a Supervisor, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 1980.
