Barb Johnson

Barb Johnson is a human resource professional with extensive experience in compensation and leadership roles across various sectors, including retail and distribution. Previously serving as a Store Director at Target, Barb managed multiple stores and guided teams to consistently exceed financial and operational goals. In their role as Director of Operations Compensation, they oversaw compensation programs for over 300,000 team members. Currently, Barb is the Head of North America Total Rewards and Payroll at Coloplast while pursuing a B.S. in Business at St. Cloud State University.
