Lars Nilaus

Lars Nilaus possesses extensive experience in sales management, strategy development, and business operations within the medical device and ventilation industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Emerging Markets at Coloplast since February 2020, Lars oversees sales across South East Europe, the Middle East, Africa, West Asia, and South East Asia, managing a team of approximately 400 employees. Previously, Lars held various leadership positions at Ambu A/S, including Vice President of Sales for Nordic and Emerging Markets, where responsibilities spanned direct sales management and corporate marketing. Lars also contributed to VKR Holding A/S and ISS A/S in roles focused on finance and business development. Educational credentials include advanced degrees in economics and strategic marketing through institutions such as INSEAD and Copenhagen Business School.
