Peter Fredsby

Peter Fredsby currently serves as the Head of Injection Moulding Engineering at Coloplast since April 2020. Prior to this role, Peter was a Senior Consultant at NNE for a brief period. Peter accumulated extensive experience during a 26-year tenure at Novo Nordisk, where positions included Vice President for Components and Prefilled Components, Senior Principal Scientist, and Director for FlexPen external collaboration. Earlier in Peter's career, roles included Plant Operations Manager and Manufacturing Process Engineer at Carmo A/S. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Plastics Processing from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, and has furthered education with executive programs at Harvard University and London Business School.
