Sofie Rydder is a Project Manager at Coloplast, where they are currently leading initiatives in the MedTech sector. Previously, they served in various roles at Coloplast, including Quality Assurance Project Manager and R&D Senior Scientist, contributing to product development and sustainability efforts. Sofie also has experience as a Butiksassistent at Lykkeglimt A/S and was a Master Student at Teknologisk Institut. They obtained a Civilingeniør degree in Chemistry from Aarhus Universitet in 2017 and are an active Board Member of the Coloplast Culture Club.
