Torres David

Torres David has extensive experience in maintenance and production management, currently serving as a Transfer Manager at Coloplast since June 2019, previously holding the role of Production Support Engineer. Prior to Coloplast, Torres worked at Bekaert from May 2014 to October 2018 as a QA & Environment Manager and Bekaert Manufacturing System Manager, overseeing lean manufacturing projects and managing the Bekaert Manufacturing System designed for operational excellence. Earlier experience includes serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Bekaert and a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities encompassed supervising maintenance teams in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance operations. Torres holds a Licentiate degree in Ingeniería en Mantenimiento Industrial from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, earned between 2003 and 2009.
