Laura Hanlon

Laura Hanlon is the Senior Director of Operations at Colorescience. Laura was previously the Director of Sourcing at WD40 from March 2013 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for cross-departmental collaboration with various directors, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers across the globe, and executing short and long-term strategic sourcing initiatives.

Under their leadership, Laura has been able to improve the cost of goods for WD40 while delivering impactful process improvements. Laura has placed an executive-level focus on key areas such as leadership, sourcing, supplier relationship management, business continuity, program management, packaging, budgetary estimates, cost models, and forecasting. Laura has also been instrumental in developing cost-of-goods budgets and forecasting policies that have helped drive the company toward a streamlined approach to strategic cost management.

Laura Hanlon has a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business. Laura also has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kean University, with a minor in Finance.
