Amari Porter

Amari Porter is a student at Stanford University, majoring in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence, and pursuing a secondary major in Management Science and Engineering. Currently a Fellow in the Management Leadership for Tomorrow program, Amari is engaged in initiatives focused on mitigating racial bias in AI and addressing funding disparities for minority-owned businesses. They serve as a Swim Instructor and Water Safety Instructor, alongside various leadership roles, including Vice President of the Stanford Symbolic Systems Society. Amari's commitment to social change is reflected in their work as a mentor and their involvement with the Stanford Graduate School of Business's Center for Social Innovation.
