Jender Baldera is a Program Manager at the National Society of Black Engineers and a Career Prep Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Previously, Jender served as a Researcher for the CUNY Research Foundation and participated in various programs, including the DT Emerge Summit and Bloomberg Accelerator Summer School. In addition to public relations roles and event coordination with ColorStack, Jender held leadership positions within SHPE, overseeing public relations and supporting executive responsibilities. Jender holds a degree in Engineering Science from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
