Makhtar Ndiaye

Makhtar Ndiaye is currently a Bachelor of Science candidate in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Louisville, where they also pursue a minor in Physics. As a ColorStack Fellow, Makhtar supports Black and Latinx Computer Science students through community building and career development opportunities. Previous roles include serving as a C.O.N.E.C.T. Peer Mentor, where they guided incoming students of color, and conducting undergraduate research in Quantum Tunneling and Artificial Intelligence. Makhtar has also gained practical experience as a Pre-Engineering Intern at GE Appliances and as a UX Designer and Data Analyst Intern at TECH-Nique Inc.
