Manuel Arellano is a Full-Stack Software Engineer and a Handshake AI Fellow currently working as an AI Extern and Telehealth AI Research Assistant at Outamation and The University of Texas at Arlington, respectively. They previously held the positions of President and Vice President at ColorStack UTA, where they led initiatives to promote diversity in tech for over 400 members. Additionally, they served as a Research Officer at ACM @ UT Arlington, focusing on AI development for the MavBuddy Chatbot. Manuel studied CS106 at Stanford University in 2025 and has experience as a DoorDash Campus Ambassador and a Retail Associate at Walmart.
