Meley Abay

Meley Abay is a rising junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, Merced. They have held various leadership roles, including President of UC Merced’s National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and membership in multiple professional development programs, such as Management Leadership for Tomorrow and Rewriting the Code. Meley engages in community service through initiatives at Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and serves as a Student Ambassador for UC Merced Admissions Office, sharing their passion for tech and leadership to uplift communities. Previous experience includes a Summer Fellowship at Stanford University and a Group Lead position in a robotics convention.
