Theodore Chavis

Theodore Chavis is a junior studying computer science at North Carolina A&T State University, where they are dedicated to driving innovation and solving complex problems. Currently, Theodore serves as a Program Manager at The Flawsome Firm, developing communication workshops focused on mental health awareness. They are also a Fellow with ColorStack, participating in mentorship and technical workshops aimed at enhancing equity in the tech industry. Previously, Theodore completed an internship as a Software Engineer at Cisco, developing a Python-based server for cryptographic transitions, and worked as a Product Handler at Flytrex, where they contributed to the launch of North Carolina's first drone delivery service.
