Roseanne Smith is an experienced process engineer currently working at Colortech Inc. since June 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating work-in-progress corrections, enhancing inventory accuracy, improving twin screw extruders' efficiency, and implementing six sigma projects. Prior to this, Roseanne held various internships, including as a Process Improvement and Ergonomics Intern at Crown Laboratories, Inc., where standard work instructions were developed, and as a Process Improvement and Materials Management Engineer at Snap-on Tools, focusing on steel inventory accuracy.
