Roseanne Smith is an experienced process engineer currently working at Colortech Inc. since June 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating work-in-progress corrections, enhancing inventory accuracy, improving twin screw extruders' efficiency, and implementing six sigma projects. Prior to this, Roseanne held various internships, including as a Process Improvement and Ergonomics Intern at Crown Laboratories, Inc., where standard work instructions were developed, and as a Process Improvement and Materials Management Engineer at Snap-on Tools, focusing on steel inventory accuracy. Additional experience includes technical support at East Tennessee State University's IT Systems Lab, innovation engineering at Water Mission, and serving as Secretary of Allocations for the university's Student Government Association. Roseanne holds a degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering from East Tennessee State University and has previously volunteered as a Camp Coordinator in South Africa.
