Tyler Thompson

Tyler Thompson, SHRM-CP, is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Colortech Inc. since February 2023, Tyler previously held the position of Client Lead Recruiter at Amazon, where responsibilities included regional recruitment for over 60 sites, developing hiring strategies, and successfully placing over 650 candidates. Additional roles at Amazon involved HR partnership responsibilities and project management related to staffing processes.
