Lou E.

Lou E. is currently the Federal CTO at ColorTokens, where they support the Federal government in building resilient networks using Zero Trust principles. They previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer for the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement and the Bureau of Land Management. Lou has held various leadership roles within the U.S. Department of the Interior, including DOI Zero Trust Program Manager, where they led the development of the department's long-term Zero Trust strategy. Their career also includes experience as a Network Engineer at ExxonMobil and as an Information Technology Operations Manager at the Interior Business Center.
