Adam Milne

Adam Milne is a Cambridge, MA-based biotech executive. With more than two decades in the life sciences industry, Adam currently serves as the chief operating officer of BioLabs, a company that creates unique co-working spaces for biotech startups. In this role, he facilitates growth, investment and entrepreneurship for young biotech companies. Prior to his work at BioLabs, Adam spent 17 years at Pfizer in key operational roles as the company underwent sweeping changes including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing research and early development, and partnering with startups to in-and out-license technologies. He was a founding colleague of Pfizer’s Centers for Therapeutic Innovation, overseeing operations, finance, and academic partnerships for the research unit.

Adam serves on several not-for-profit boards, including Horizons, a national leader in supporting people with developmental disabilities in all aspects of their lives, and Hope in Focus, an organization benefiting those affected by blindness caused by rare inherited retinal diseases.
