Nakia Blackshear

Nakia Blackshear is currently employed as a Customer Service Representative at Colossus. Prior to this, they were an Account Manager at Banks. Before that, they worked as a Manager at United Collection Bureau Inc. from 2012 to 2021. In this role, they worked with a range of clients such as Chase, Citi bank, Pennsylvania state employee credit union etc. in collecting third party debt.
