Josh Tanner

Josh Tanner is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in management and project engineering. Currently serving as a Regional Construction Manager at ColRich since March 2023, Josh has also held multiple roles in the construction industry, including Assistant to the Project Manager at Mortenson and Project Engineer positions at Newtown Residential and Okland Construction. With a strong background in project scheduling and client relations cultivated through prior experiences as a Superintendent and Project Manager at DFS Construction and Silverado Construction, Josh excels in overseeing complex projects and ensuring timely completion. Additionally, Josh's role as a Civil Affairs Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve since December 2008 demonstrates a commitment to community engagement and project coordination. Josh holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho and an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Salt Lake Community College.
