Mark McRoskey

Mark McRoskey has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Mark is currently the Director of Multifamily Investments at ColRich since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at REALM as a Principal from 2019 to 2022. Before joining REALM, Mark worked as a Financial Analyst at Kimco Realty Corporation from 2017 to 2019, where they played a key role in supporting redevelopment projects and preparing financial budgets for retail shopping centers. Mark also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Urban Coast Properties, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, managing a portfolio of 240 units in San Diego County. Earlier in their career, Mark served as an Acquisitions Associate at Stella Maris RE LLC, an Associate at Colliers International, and an Index Analyst at Russell Investments. Mark started their career as an Investment Student Intern at San Diego County in 2012. Overall, Mark McRoskey has a strong background in financial analysis, project management, and real estate acquisitions.

Mark McRoskey attended Gonzaga University from 2009 to 2013. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a concentration in Finance.
