Michael Roos

Michael Roos is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the real estate sector. They served as Managing Director of Asset Management at ColRich from 2009 to 2021, where they led the growth of the multifamily portfolio and oversaw a ten-member asset management team. As the Senior Director, Head of Business Development and Venture Investing, they initiated the company's venture capital efforts in property technology. Prior to their tenure at ColRich, they worked as Principal at Roos Investment Advisors from 2003 to 2009, managing various consulting assignments across the United States. Michael holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
