Ryan Munneke has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ryan is currently the Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at ColRich, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Associate Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at ColRich from December 2017 to February 2021. Ryan started their career as an Acquisitions/Finance Associate at ColRich in April 2015, where they worked until December 2017. Before joining ColRich, Ryan worked at CoStar Group as a Research Manager from June 2010 to April 2015 and as a Senior Analyst from June 2006 to July 2010. Ryan also worked as an Underwriter at Calusa Investments from November 2005 to April 2006.
Ryan Munneke completed their education in a chronological order as follows: from 2000 to 2004, they attended Bucknell University, earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry and Economics. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the University of Redlands. Lastly, in 2008 and 2009, they undertook a Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Development at the University of San Diego.
