I help startups become investable, then grow rapidly and efficiently.

Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a $3M raise, guiding a scale-up through acquisition, and building high-trust teams of up to 25 people who genuinely love what they do.

I’m passionate about connecting brilliant founders, especially female founders, to the capital they deserve.

I work with VCs to curate quality deal flow, turn young startups into strong investment opportunities, sharpen their pitch and positioning, and support portfolio companies as they scale without burning through runway.

What drives me? Growth, optimism, and closing the gap between great ideas and real traction. The UK startup ecosystem needs more success stories, and I’m here to help create them.

Whether you’re raising capital, scaling fast, or looking for investment-ready founders, I’d love to connect.

What my founder’s say…

“Lucy's ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency greatly contributed to our team's success.”

“Her leadership, teamwork, and unwavering dedication played a pivotal role in helping us climb mountains and achieve our goals.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend her as a professional who can motivate and elevate any team fortunate enough to have her.”

“Lucy's ability to align the team with the company's strategic goals was remarkable, and her leadership had a profound impact on the organization's success. ”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Lucy for any role that requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader who can drive positive change within a company.”
