Ba Nguyen has extensive experience in managerial roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the General Manager of Colson Vietnam Ltd. since June 2008, Ba oversees operations for a leader in the casters and wheels industry. Prior experience includes a tenure at Carrier Corporation as Senior Factory Manager from November 1997 to May 2008, where Ba managed factory operations for a major air-conditioning manufacturer. Additionally, Ba held the position of Director of Sales and Manufacturing at Noske-Kaeser GmbH between January 1995 and October 1997, leading production activities for industrial fans and air duct systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic and Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technology University in Ho Chi Minh City.
