Luis Vives

Luis Vives has a robust background in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager at COLT BUILDERS since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Guelph, a Researcher at Universidad de Cartagena where research focused on osmotic energy and sustainable construction, and a Construction Manager at ILC Construcciones overseeing residential and commercial projects. Additionally, as a Project Engineer at Constructora Parque Central SA, Luis managed significant contracts for the Hyatt Regency Cartagena, and earlier experience as an Assistant Engineer involved budget analysis and structural design in construction. Luis Vives is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering at the University of Guelph, following a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cartagena.
