Lihua Chen has extensive experience in cost management and interpretation across various sectors. Current role as Cost Manager at Colt Data Centre Services began in February 2024. Prior experience includes positions such as Cost Controller at Currie & Brown from August 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included cost management for semiconductor projects, and Senior Quantity Surveyor, focusing on budgeting, cost estimation, and contract administration.
