Russell Sharp

Russell Sharp has extensive experience in security operations and consultancy, currently serving as Head of Security Operations at Colt Data Centre Services since March 2019 and previously as Security Systems Manager. From May 2016 to January 2022, Russell was the Business Owner of Sharp Security Consultants, offering consultancy services in collaboration with a network of experts across various fields. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Securitas Security Services Ltd from August 2014 to April 2016, where Russell developed integrated technology and manned guarding solutions. Russell's career began at The Shield Group, holding multiple leadership positions including Managing Director of Shield Monitoring & Systems from July 2002 to October 2013. Education was completed at Southwood School.
