Stephen Hedley is the Global Head of Commissioning at Colt Data Centre Services, overseeing the commissioning process and managing multi-discipline teams across international data center projects. With a background as an Engineering Officer in the Merchant Navy from 1998, Stephen transitioned to the Oil & Gas industry in 2005, accumulating extensive experience in operations, maintenance, commissioning, and construction on both onshore and offshore major projects. Previously, Stephen held various engineering and management roles, including Lead Mechanical CSU Engineer at OMV and Senior Commissioning Manager at Global Commissioning. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at The Open University, expected to complete in 2025.
