Dylan Dotson is an experienced event management professional currently serving as the Director of Event Development at Columbus Crew since September 2025. Prior to this role, Dylan held various positions at Allegiant Stadium, including Event Manager and Guest Experience Manager from October 2021 to September 2025. Dylan's background includes extensive event management roles at Amerant Bank Arena from February 2016 to September 2021, as well as earlier experiences at Robert Morris University, The Defiance Crescent News, and the Detroit Tigers.
