Alan Korman

Alan Korman, J.D. serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Development, and Corporate Secretary at Columbus McKinnon, where responsibilities encompass managing global legal, merger, acquisition, and human resources affairs for the multinational industrial company. With a focus on providing sound legal advice and proactive legal risk management, Korman oversees compliance with securities laws and corporate governance standards. Prior to this role, Korman held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Ivoclar Vivadent Inc., and gained extensive legal expertise at Nixon Peabody LLP and Hodgson, Russ, Andrews, Woods & Goodyear. Korman holds a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Arizona.
