Julia Manetta is currently working in Risk Strategy at Column since 2025. Previously, Julia held positions such as Trust & Safety Intern at WEBTOON and was a Princeton Public Interest Technology Fellow at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where they created a report on emerging technology-finance issues. Julia also gained experience through roles at Common Sense Media and the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Privacy at UC Berkeley in 2020. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2023.
