Bruce Olson

Bruce Olson currently serves as the Director of Growth at Colvin Run Networks, Inc., where responsibilities include leading revenue operations and human resources functions. Prior experience includes roles as the Business Growth Associate and D-Fellows Implementation Lead at Shift, as well as a Business Development Representative. Bruce Olson had a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force, serving as First Sergeant, where significant contributions included enhancing morale and welfare in two Cyber Operations Squadrons and developing a cross-organization awards feedback system. As Manager of Maintenance Policy, Bruce Olson acted as a liaison for policy guidance and change management and established a training video platform. Earlier roles included Senior Logistics Controller, Technical Training Instructor, and Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Bruce Olson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, along with education from the Community College of the Air Force.
