Stephan Blicher Christophersen

Stephan Blicher Christophersen is an accomplished attorney and board member with extensive experience in legal services and corporate law. Currently serving as Group General Counsel and chairman at BioGem and Group General Counsel at Fremsyn ApS, Stephan has previously held significant roles, including Director of Legal Services at Basico P/S and external legal consultant. They have been actively involved in various sectors, focusing on M&A, contract law, and corporate governance while also contributing as a partner at Blicher Law and a board member at COMAsystem. Stephan earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and is a member of the Danish Bar Association.
