Ruiying Xia

Ruiying (Serena) Xia possesses a diverse background in human resources and supplier management. Ruiying began as an HR Intern at Suzhou LEAP Management Consulting Co., Ltd. in early 2016, managing resume corrections and supporting administration work, followed by an HR Intern position at Beckman Coulter where responsibilities included recruitment processes and onboarding. Ruiying then advanced to an Internal Recruiter role at JR Talent, overseeing the full recruitment cycle, and served as an HR Officer at JR Academy, focusing on business development and market research. Currently, Ruiying holds the position of Supplier Manager at 中国商飞公司 since September 2020. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, supplemented by an international exchange program at Sungkyunkwan University.
