Joanna Ormińska

Joanna Ormińska is the Chief of M&A and Corporate Development at Comarch, overseeing the development and implementation of M&A strategies since 2025. With over 18 years of experience in investment banking, Joanna has specialized in M&A, ECM, DCM, and Corporate Finance, particularly in the TMT sector. Previously, Joanna held senior roles at PLAY, where they directed M&A efforts and strategic projects, and contributed to significant transactions including the acquisition of UPC Polska. Joanna's educational background includes multiple degrees from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Finance and Quantitative Methods. Additionally, they are a co-founder and management board member of WOM&AN, an association for women in M&A.
