Michał Oporowski

Michał Oporowski is a senior technical manager with extensive international experience in Quality of Service, Customer Experience Management, and ITIL-based Process Improvements across Mobile, Fixed, and IT domains. Michał currently serves as the Regional Presales Director for Western Europe and the Americas at Comarch Telecommunications, overseeing presales activities for BSS, OSS, and IoTConnect solutions. Previously, Michał held various leadership roles, including VP Sales at Nexus Telecom and Manager of Quality & Network Performance at Veon, where they focused on developing frameworks to improve service quality across multiple markets. Michał earned a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Poznan University of Technology and a Diploma in Management from the Irish Management Institute.
