Ian Hodge MCIPS is a chartered public sector procurement specialist with over 25 years of experience, including significant roles in shaping policy and delivering high-value commercial outcomes across central and local government. They have served as an interim contractor at various government bodies, leading complex procurement projects and implementing regulatory frameworks such as PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. Currently, Ian works as an Independent Procurement Consultant at Malt Strategy and also serves as an Interim Commercial Manager at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. Ian's expertise includes socially responsible procurement, best practice, and developing new talent within the procurement field.
