Yves Leroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human resources. As the Founder of Big Why since January 2018, Yves has focused on recruiting, staffing, global mobility, and HR compliance for hiring on French employment contracts. In addition, Yves co-founded Purpoz in November 2019, which connects small and medium businesses, start-ups, and freelance consultants in engineering to major projects and fosters collaborative innovation.
