Sami Harjunen

Sami Harjunen holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences. They have experience as a Specialist in Safety and Compliance at Comatec Group, where they manage machine safety-related projects, and as a Manager of Grading at UPM - The Biofore Company. Sami also worked on their master's thesis regarding internal safety audits and has held various roles in engineering and inspection throughout their career, including at Rauma Marine Constructions Oy and Kiwa Suomi. Currently, they focus on safety and compliance projects while developing practical skills in functional safety systems.
