David Soffer

David Soffer is an experienced government affairs professional with 18 years in public administration and government relations. They served as a Special Assistant to the Office of Governor Jeff Colyer, MD, and held various roles with the New York State Comptroller, including Regional Director and Assistant Regional Director. In addition, David functioned as Legislative Director for Assemblyman Darryl Towns and worked as Director of Marketing and Research at the Kansas Department of Commerce. Currently, they lead government affairs efforts at WANRack, influencing policy outcomes and securing substantial funding, and serve as Director of State Engagement for the Combat Antisemitism Movement. David graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany, SUNY.
