Since 2003, THROWDOWN INDUSTRIES continues to be the Impact Fitness brand that empowers and inspires because of superior performance, innovation and authenticity, giving the professional to everyday athlete a competitive edge to prevail, ANYTIME…ANYPLACE…

For the last 17 years our team has been living in the trenches with gym owners, trainers, and event promoters as MMA has risen to the mainstream. We have grown with the industry from a purely fight sport and realized the health and wellness benefits of training like a fighter. Through this journey we have worked along side world class athletes to improve the safety and effectiveness of the Impact Fitness training.

At THROWDOWN we design and develop the gear you need to train with the heart of a fighter and look good doing it.
