Lieven Persoons has extensive experience in technical support and customer service within the hosting industry, having worked with Combell from January 2017 to the present. Initially serving as a Service Desk Engineer, Lieven focused on resolving technical issues related to hosting and email services. Progressing to a Senior Service Desk Engineer role, responsibilities included onboarding new colleagues. Currently, as Teamlead Customer Service Retail, Lieven oversees operational ticket handling and provides personal follow-up to direct reports. Education was completed at Arteveldehogeschool in 2016.
