Kai Siefert is an experienced leader in energy innovation and business development. Currently serving as the Founder of Combinder since May 2024, Siefert is focused on building the future of energy data infrastructure. Previously, Siefert held positions at Riddle&Code, where contributions included leading the development of the MYPWR platform and guiding clients in decentralized energy business models. Siefert also served as Managing Director at Riddle&Code Energy Solutions GmbH, and as IT Strategist at Wien Energie GmbH, overseeing R&D processes and the creation of a blockchain-based "Energy Wallet." Earlier roles at OMV involved developing business models and innovation management strategies, while the career began at Xerox and Lufthansa with a focus on business development and sales. Siefert holds an MBA in Energy Management from WU Executive Academy and completed a program at AppWorks in 2025.
