David Bartol

David Bartol has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology audit. David is currently working as a Security Technology Expert at Combis d.o.o. Since joining Tokić Ltd in 2022, they have served as an Information Security Specialist, where they conducted risk assessments and updated security policies and procedures based on ISO 27k family of standards. At Span, from 2021 to 2022, David worked as an Associate Information Security Consultant, contributing to the development of information security policies and procedures. David also participated in an internal IT audit process. Prior to this, David worked at Ernst & Young as an Information Technology Audit Consultant, where they conducted IT audits for large Croatian banks and privately held companies. David also conducted SOX controls audits for a telecommunications market leader. David began their career at PwC Croatia as a Risk Assurance Services Consultant.

David Bartol obtained a Master's degree in Managerial Informatics from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb in 2019. Prior to that, they had completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the same institution in 2018. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Computer Programmer of Internet Applications - C# from Algebra in October 2017.
