Goran Combaj

Goran Combaj has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Goran began their career in 2008 as a Senior System Engineer at Privredna banka Zagreb, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they gained valuable experience in system engineering.

In 2016, Goran joined Combis d.o.o. as a System Engineer. After a year, they took on the role of Team Lead IT Development at Digitalni klik d.o.o., where they served as a lead system administrator, developer, and solution architect for the website crozilla.com and various utility web apps.

In 2018, Goran transitioned to Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. as a Network Security Engineer, where they stayed until 2019. Goran then returned to Combis d.o.o. as a Senior System Engineer.

Overall, Goran has accumulated expertise in system engineering, network security, and IT development.

Goran Combaj obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic of Zagreb, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Goran further pursued a Master's degree in Information Technologies, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, from the same institution, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Goran also obtained several certifications. Goran became a Red Hat 6 Certified System Administrator in November 2013 and later became a Red Hat 6 Certified Engineer in October 2014. In September 2019, they achieved the Red Hat 7 Certified System Administrator designation, followed by the Red Hat 8 Certified Engineer certification in September 2019. Goran also obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification in January 2020. Goran further enhanced their skills by earning the Associate - Cloud Infrastructure and Services Version 3.0 certification from Dell Technologies in July 2021 and the Specialist - Implementation Engineer, VxBlock Version 2.0 certification from Dell Technologies in October 2021. Most recently, they acquired the route2open Certificate in August 2022 and the VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization in May 2023.
